Declan Skura has recently penned a new deal with Wycombe Wanderers, the club have announced.

The defender, aged 22, was formerly of Chelsea’s and Reading’s academies, before joining Wycombe Wanderers in February of 2023.

Skura was man of the match in Wycombe’s Carabao Cup match against Championship side Swansea, also earning his first League One appearance during a 2-2 draw against Blackpool in August.

Matt Bloomfield spoke on the recent deal, commenting that the young prospect had made “fantastic progress” and the club were “really pleased” that he was fulfilling his potential with the Chairboys.

Also commenting, Skura said that he was happy with the new deal and that he felt settled at Wycombe Wanderers.
