Striker Matt McClure has signed a new two-year deal that will keep him at the club until 2013.
A prolific goalscorer for the reserves, 19 year-old McClure is currently enjoying his first season as a professional and has already made 10 substitute appearances for the first-team.
Blues’ boss Gary Waddock told wwfc.com: “Matt has all the qualities you look for in a young striker and I’m pleased to keep him at the club for two more years.”
McClure said: “It’s a good club for youngsters to start their career and it’s an exciting time to be here. We’re pushing for promotion in my first season as a professional and I’ve been involved more than I thought I might have been.”
