Wycombe Wanderers have handed midfielder Luke O’Nien a three year contract extension until the summer of 2019.

One of a handful of realistic contenders for player of the season, O’Nien has become a fans favourite for his enthusiasm, commitment, and most importantly, effectiveness.

The 21-year-old has scored 5 goals and provided 3 assists in 37 starts and 4 substitute appearances in all competitions since joining from Watford last summer.

As the time comes to revamp the squad for year-three of the five-year plan, the current situation is as follows…
