Wycombe Wanderers have been drawn at home to either Hereford United or Lincoln City in the third-round of the FA Cup.

The Bulls and the Imps played out a 2-2 draw at Edgar Street yesterday and will meet again at Sincil Bank on Tuesday 7th December for the right to face the Blues in the next round.

Lincoln are currently 19th in League Two and have already visited Adams Park this season, coming from behind twice to earn a 2-2 draw.

They reached the second-round of the FA Cup by beating Nuneaton Town 1-0 at home.

Hereford are currently 24th in League Two and are due to play Wycombe for the the first time this season at Adams Park on Boxing Day.

They reached the second-round with a 5-1 home win over Hythe Town.

Wycombe earned their place in the third-round with a 2-1 win at Hayes & Yeading and a 3-1 home win over Chelmsford City.

While their reward is not as lucrative as it could have been with the Premier League clubs all in the hat, today’s draw gives the Blues a great chance of progressing to the fourth-round – exactly ten years after their remarkable journey to the semi-final of the competition.

The game will be played during the weekend of Saturday 8th January 2011.
