Probably the main reason (joint with fellow centre half Mike Williamson) that the end of our season ended up so miserable could be solved as Will Antwi is trying his best to regain fitness for the new season.
A nasty ligament injury has ruled him out since the Chelsea away game where he was rushed back and it is no coincidence that without him, the defence never really look assured of itself again.
Antwi is back at the club already with a vigorous recovery schedule set by Terry Evans and it is this type of determination we need to match the ambition shown by the club in recent weeks.
